Logistics Manager

Vacancy

We are looking for a logistics manager to organise and oversee transportation at the Delicia confectionery factory.

Responsibilities

Building routes in ANT Logistic and 1C
Maintaining reference data in ANT Logistic and 1C together with the IT department and other teams, in line with company needs
Monitoring, analysing and controlling the completion of tasks and routes (planned vs. actual)
Sourcing third-party freight and closing round trips
Analysing costs and approving routes for raw material deliveries (in-house needs)
Finding new shippers on the Della and Lardi platforms and in social media communities
Handling documentation for all third-party freight and resolving force majeure situations
Controlling payment of invoices for hired transportation
Recording tipper truck operations
Supporting foreign trade operations, communicating with partners and monitoring the international transportation market

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience
Practical skills in 1C, TMS, Word and Excel
Knowledge of routing software
Understanding of the basics of receiving, storing and dispatching food products

Head of Confectionery Production

Vacancy

Delicia is looking for a head of confectionery production (Bucha) to manage production operations and deliver production plans.

Responsibilities

Operational management of confectionery production and delivery of production plans
Organising uninterrupted work of production units and achieving targets for output, quality and cost
Analysing production processes and optimising the use of staff, equipment and resources
Managing the production budget, preparing and controlling operational and investment plans
Organising the launch of new products, production lines and equipment
Implementing measures to increase productivity, reduce waste and lower production costs
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety management systems (HACCP, ISO, IFS Food) and passing internal and external audits
Monitoring the technical condition of equipment together with the engineering team and ensuring its efficient operation
Managing a team of unit heads, developing staff and building a talent pool and training system
Setting, monitoring and analysing production KPIs and preparing management reports
Organising cooperation between production, technology, quality, logistics, procurement and other departments
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, production discipline and corporate standards

Requirements

Higher education, preferably in food technology, engineering, production management or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in food production
Experience managing production staff, organising shift work and monitoring task completion
Knowledge of HACCP principles, sanitary and hygiene standards and food safety requirements
Understanding of technological processes, recipes, process charts and production documentation
Skills in planning, organising, coordinating and controlling production processes
Ability to analyse production indicators, identify problem areas and implement improvements
Confident PC user: MS Office and production accounting software

Food Technologist

Vacancy

We are looking for a food technologist to monitor process parameters and product quality at every stage of production.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining process parameters and technological instructions at all stages of production
Shift-by-shift quality control of the products manufactured
Performing the necessary calculations based on analyses and interpreting the results
Sensory evaluation of the products manufactured during the shift
Ensuring compliance with approved recipes, workplace sanitation and personal hygiene of shift staff
Monitoring the volume of returned waste, analysing and eliminating the causes of any increase
Quality control of raw materials, auxiliary materials and semi-finished products on receipt and at all stages of production

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a food technologist
Confident PC user: Word and Excel
Knowledge of the core processes of food production
Knowledge of DSTU standards and HACCP requirements for raw materials and finished products
Skills in developing technical and process documentation
